Parking at JustPlay & Bellwether Boxing & Fitness – Important Information

Our car park is monitored by an ANPR (Automatic Number Plate Recognition) system to ensure parking spaces remain available for visitors using JustPlay and Bellwether Boxing & Fitness.

If you have received a Parking Charge Notice (PCN) and believe this is incorrect, please follow the official appeals process below. Staff at JustPlay or Bellwether should not cancel PCNs directly, as all reviews must go through UK CPM.

How to Appeal a PCN

All appeals must be submitted online through the UK Car Park Management appeals portal:

When submitting your appeal, please include evidence that you were visiting JustPlay or Bellwether Boxing & Fitness at the time, such as:

• Booking confirmation for a play session

• Class or membership check-in confirmation

• Email or text message showing your booking

• Reception confirmation that you attended (e.g., checking in children, making an enquiry, collecting items, updating a booking)

• ​Providing the correct evidence will allow your case to be reviewed quickly and accurately.

Why You Must Appeal Directly

• UK CPM manage all PCN reviews and cancellations.

• JustPlay and Bellwether staff should not intervene or cancel PCNs, as this must be handled through the official process.

• Submitting your appeal through the portal ensures the correct team can review your evidence promptly.
