At Stay Active Allstars we are here to help gymnasts build confidence, strength and resilience, for both inside and outside the gym. Foundations for them to grow upon.   Our Classes are for mixed abilities from ages 4 - 11. The coaching team will help progress the gymnasts through their time with us. We will encourage them to try new skills, overcome fears, improve techniques and most importantly, build confidence and enjoy each session!  We have built our own award scheme to assist progression of each skill and build strong foundations and good form. We shall work on their awards on a termly basis. The award scheme starts at introductory level then goes from award 7 to award 1. Once these levels are complete our Advance award scheme will further challenge our gymnasts with skill sequences and routines.
